She awoke with no memory of who she was, but one clue will lead her to him…

Abigail Adams had it all, she’s a gorgeous supermodel, has a wealthy fiancé, and a career on the rise. But that quickly changes when she wakes up in the hospital not remembering anything. The only memories she does have are not her own, but of a total stranger.

When Abigail discovers that her fiancé has been cheating on her, she leaves him and runs to the arms of the one man she is hoping will give her the answers she seeks.

Matt Garcia is used to playing the field, keeping his heart guarded, but then Abigail Adams unexpectedly shows up at his door hoping he will be the answer she is looking for. Will he finally learn to take a break from his no strings attached lifestyle and show her that she doesn’t need her past, but the future he is willing to offer her?

With every unspoken memory she regains, will she learn to open up her heart to a total stranger, or will she keep it guarded like he does?

What I Thought. . . .

I was drawn into this book from the moment I started reading it. Abigail was a very intriguing character who had an accident which caused her to lose her memory, but allowed her to change the course her life had been taken. I admired her courage and the strength she possessed as she found out who the people in her life really were. As soon as Matt came into the picture, I was a goner. I adore their relationship and the connection they have, regardless of the drama that seemed to follow them. They overcame a lot and also helped each other overcome struggles.
The one thing I never understood was the memories Abigail was having, that weren’t really her memories at all. I mean, I understood them a little bit, but I was hoping for a little more. Now that I know there will be a second book, I hope to maybe have a few more questions answered. Overall, I loved this story and the journey that Abigail and Matt went on. I can’t wait to see what happens next for them. 🙂

I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Character Interview | Matt

1) When first meeting Abigail, what were your exact thoughts running through your head?
I must be dreaming, but when I realized I wasn’t, I wanted to know the real reason she was at my door.

2) How would you describe your relationship with your sister?
We were very close, almost like best friends. There wasn’t a day we didn’t speak by phone or text.
3) What do you think was the turning point for your relationship with Abigail?
The night I showed up and Bill was at our house. I almost lost her. I don’t know what I would’ve done if he took her.
4) Besides running and being captain of the football team, what other goals do you have for your college career?
Graduate with honors. It was the one thing I wanted to give my sister.
5) Where do you see your life (relationships included) in the next five years?
Doing whatever I can to keep Abigail happy, including keeping my promises to her.
