Top Ten Tuesday | Ten Books That Should Be In Your Beach Bag

toptentuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme put together by the fabulous
ladies ofΒ The Broke and the Bookish.

Happy Tuesday, darling readers, and welcome to “summa, summa, summatime!” (Thank you, Will Smith for the seasonal catch phrase that is forever imprinted on the brains of all those who experienced adolescence in the 90s.) As is the case with summer, especially here in the South, trips to the beach are a necessary rite. And while there are country songs about drinks in hand while toes and derrieres are in the sand, they left out one crucial tool while soaking up rays while listening to lapping waves: the beach read. Which is precisely the topic for this week’s Top Ten Tuesday.

Yay for southern bloggers! I (Heather) live in NC and Christie lives in AL.
Sarah Dessen books are a staple for summer time reading! Love them all and I can’t wait until a new one is released.
